Wunmi posted a heartfelt message on her Instagram story on August 18, 2024, in response to the controversies and accusations that had arisen in the wake of her late husband’s untimely death.
She addressed her admirers and supporters. She underscored that disrespecting Mohbad in his passing is not only a disrespectful act toward him as an individual but also a reflection of his family as a whole. She subsequently requested that they honor his memory by refraining from making defamatory remarks and making negative comments.
Additionally, she was emphatic that she does not condone any disparaging remarks regarding her spouse, who tragically passed away in September 2023.
