Remilekun Khalid Safaru (born January 26, 1981) is a multitalented Nigerian actor, rapper, vocalist, and songwriter who goes by the stage names Reminisce and Alaga Ibile.
His proficiency in performing spans across both his native Yoruba and English. Ola Dips formerly resided on the record label EDGE Records, of which he is the proprietor. Also represented on the label are Yovi, Akeem Adisa, and Sojay.
Reminisce rose to prominence after appearing on the Joor Remix by Jah Bless, which also featured Durella, Ice Prince, elDee, and Ruggedman.
To solidify his reputation, he released the street banger by Kako Bii Chicken, which became an instant national success.

By stage name, Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru is referred to as Reminisce. He is a native of Ajilete, Yewa South Local Government Area, Ogun State, located in the western region of Nigeria. Since his date of birth is January 26, 1981, he is currently 42 years old.

Education

Musical Career
Reminisce participated in school activities such as competitions and numerous others, as well as any training associated with the entertainment and music industries.
One method by which he honed his rapping abilities was by imitating the techniques of Snoop Dogg, Nas, and Jay Z.
Reminisce recorded his debut hardcore rap single with the Coded Tunes record label in 2006; however, the track was never released. Reminisce reappeared two years later on the album “Gongo Aso” by 9ice.

The album by Baba Hafusa occupied the top spot on the iTunes charts for several weeks and was widely regarded as one of the finest hip hop albums in Nigerian history by numerous Nigerians.
This was the result of fusions of fuji, hip hop, and afrobeat. Additional albums have been released by him, including Ponmile (2017) and El-Hadj (2016).
In addition to his solo work and album releases, Reminisce has collaborated with numerous artists on some outstanding tracks, including “Diet” by DJ Enimoney, “ASHEWO” by Phenom, “Shekpe” by MI Abaga, and “If E No Be God” by Mr. Eazi.
Moreover, Reminisce engages in brand promotion. Samsung and Origin, a widely consumed herb and liquor cocktail produced in Africa by Diageo plc, have him as brand ambassadors.
